Uploading letters, audio and video

From a Mobile Phone

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select movie_edit My Goodbye Messages
3. Scroll down to the contact you wish to edit and click the more_vert icon
4. From the drop down menu, click Edit Message

From a Laptop or Tablet

1. From the left side navigation, select movie_edit My Goodbye Messages
2. Scroll down to the contact you wish to edit and click the more_vert icon
3. From the drop down menu, click Edit Message

The message editor offers three distinct sections: composing a letter, recording an audio file, and uploading or recording a video.

ink_pen Letter
Typing a letter is often the preferred method for conveying a goodbye message as it allows for careful consideration of words and for a more considered and thoughtful message to be crafted.

mic Audio
Utilise the integrated Audio Recorder for recording audio messages, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.

videocam Video
Recording a video is a thoughtful way to convey a heartfelt farewell message. You have the option to record directly from your device or upload a pre-made video. Videos should not exceed 10 minutes in length. When uploading, ensure the format is either MP4, MOV, or WEBM, which is compatible with all devices.
