Generate Power of Attorney

From a Mobile Phone

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select gavel My Power of Attorney
3. From the Power of Attorney page, click the favorite Health & Welfare or the savings Property & Finance button near the top of the page.
4. From the LPA Overview page, click the gavel Generate LPA button near the top of the page.

From a Laptop or Tablet

1. From the left side navigation, select gavel My Power of Attorney
2. From the Power of Attorney page, click the favorite Health & Welfare or the savings Property & Finance button near the top of the page.
3. From the LPA Overview page, click the gavel Generate LPA button near the top of the page.
