Creating Power of Attorney

From a Mobile Phone

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select gavel My Power of Attorney
3. From the Power of Attorney page, click the favorite Health & Welfare or the savings Property & Finance button near the top of the page.
4. From the LPA Overview page, click the edit_square icon in the top right corner.

From a Laptop or Tablet

1. From the left side navigation, select gavel My Power of Attorney
2. From the Power of Attorney page, click the favorite Health & Welfare or the savings Property & Finance button near the top of the page.
3. From the LPA Overview page, click the edit_square icon in the top right corner.

Please ensure that you fill out all sections before clicking the save button in the top right corner to finalise your Lasting Power of Attorney. You can revisit and make changes to your document at any time.
