Biometrics Authentication

1. Click the security icon in the top right corner.
2. In the Multi-Factor Authentication page, locate the section Biometrics Authentication and click the Manage Biometrics button
3. From the Biometrics Authentication page, click the Register this device button.
4. Follow your operating systems prompts to register this device.

In order to utilize biometric authentication, your device must be equipped with the appropriate built-in hardware for features such as Face ID or a fingerprint scanner. Our biometric authentication is compatible with MacOS, Windows Hello, iOS, and Android devices as well as security keys such as Yubico or Solo.

Unlike our other two-factor security measures, biometric authentication eliminates the need for a password to access your account. This cutting-edge technology enhances security and simplifies the login process for our users.
