Downloading Funeral Wishes

Once generated, your Funeral Wishes will be located in your Accounts & Assets section under Important Documents with the account name Funeral Wishes

From a Mobile Phone

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select work My Accounts & Assets
3. Locate the account, Funeral Wishes and expand the view by clicking on the name.
4. A PDF document will be attached, click the download icon to download.

From a Laptop or Tablet

1. From the left side navigation, select work My Accounts & Assets
2. Locate the account, Funeral Wishes and expand the view by clicking on the name.
3. A PDF document will be attached, click the download icon to download.

Important Information

We strongly advise that you print and keep a copy of your Funeral Wishes in a secure location, along with your Last Will & Testament, Advance Care Plan and Lasting Power of Attorney documents. It is important to ensure that a trusted individual is aware of the whereabouts of these documents in the event that they are required for future use.
