Generate Care Plan

From a Mobile Phone

1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select ecg My Advance Care Plan
3. From the Care Plan Overview page, click the ecg Generate Care Plan button near the top of the page.

From a Laptop or Tablet

1. From the left side navigation, select ecg My Advance Care Plan
2. From the Care Plan Overview page, click the ecg Generate Care Plan button near the top of the page.
