Inactive Account Managers for Secure Account Management
Your WhoCouldForget account is where you can keep all your life's memories, important contacts, accounts, assets, as well as crucial documents like your will, power of attorney, and advance care plan. It's essential that this information is easily accessible when needed, and that's where inactive account managers play a key role.
By assigning an inactive account manager, they can request access to your account by completing a request form. Once we have verified their access, we will send an email notification to the account holder informing them that their inactive account manager is requesting access. The email will include a link to decline the request. If the request is not declined within 24 hours, the inactive account manager will have read-only access to your account.
This feature allows your trusted contacts to download important documents, understand your accounts and assets, and know your wishes. They can also share memories and goodbye messages with other important contacts.
Trusted People
Set up your most trusted contacts as inactive account managers to take control of your account if you are unable to do so.
Planning Ahead
Ensure that all your desires are fulfilled completely, your loved ones are taken care of, and you create a lasting legacy that will always be remembered.
